Кормление рыб в пресноводной аквакультуре

Abstract

Даётся анализ современных сведений о роли питательных веществ в жизнедеятельности рыб и потребности в них для обеспечения нормального роста. Рассматриваются строение и работа пищеварительного тракта рыб, его способность переваривать питательные вещества комбикормов и естественной пищи. Дана оценка питательных и специфических свойств более 50 видов продуктов, являющихся основными и нетрадиционными компонентами комбикормов. При оценке сырья, помимо общепринятых показателей химического состава, использован более широкий спектр характеристик, в частности переваримость питательных веществ и доступность аминокислот. Детально охарактеризованы применяемые технологии изготовления кормов и их воздействие на питательные свойства различных видов сырья, а также особенности кормления основных объектов пресноводной аквакультуры. Даны рецептуры./It analysis the up-to-date information about the role of nutrients in fish living activity and their requirements for normal fish growth. The question of fish intestine structure and function are being considered. A particular attention has been given to the quantitative characteristics of fish ability for digestion of nutrients from mixed feeds and natural food. The nutritive and specific properties of more than 50 kinds of products as main and uncommon mixed feeds' components are materials, besides common chemical composition indices the wider range of characteristics has been used, in particular, the digestibility of nutrients and availability of amino acids. In the paper the information is being summarized in tables to be used in practice of diets formulating. The ways of mixed feeds formulating and balancing and their estimation methods are being viewed. The applied technologies of feeds production and their effect on nutritive properties of different kinds of row materials have been characterized in details. Feeding peculiarities of main fish species in freshwater aquaculture are being described.
