Хитин высших грибов: выделение, идентификация и определение степени ацилирования

Abstract

Строение выделенных ХтГК оценивалось методом ИК-спектроскопии. В качестве аналитических полос поглощения рассмотрены полосы амид I и амид II. Принципиального различия в ИК-спектрах хитина ракообразных и ХтГК, выделенных из высших грибов, не наблюдается./Method of the preparation of chitin-glucan complexes from majority of the fungus has been developed. This mehod has been used for 9 various types of the fungus. For identification of hitin-glucan complexes we used two different approaches: there are IR-Fourie Spectroscopy and pyrolitic gas-chromatography. The acylation's degree has been developed.
