Процесс ферментативной деструкции плёночных образцов хитозана оказывается чувствительным к надмолекулярной структуре хитозана, которая в свою очередь определяется структурой раствора, из которого готовятся плёнки. Это позволяет формировать хитозановые покрытия с регулируемой до известной степени биоразрушаемостью./The peculiarities of proceeding of fermentative destruction of chitosane specimens obtained in the form of films from solutions in acetic acid under the influence of a non-specific ferment - collagenaze have been studied. It has been found out that the variation of acid concentration in the initial solution affects considerably the chitosan structure in the film formed and a result the destruction degree of the film specimens.
