Пути воспроизводства полупроходных рыб в дельте р. Волги

Abstract

Основными мероприятиями по воспроизводству запасов полупроходных рыб в дельте р. Волги являются охрана естественного размножения и мелиорации мест естественного размножения. Искусственное рыборазведение на базе интенсивного выращивания молоди полупроходных рыб должно быть дополнительным мероприятием. Значение и масштабы интенсивного искусственного разведения полупроходных рыб будут возрастать по мере ухудшения условий естественного размножения и сокращения ильменно-полойной системы дельты р. Волги./The chief measures for the reproduction of food fishes of the North Caspian sea (the carp - Cyprinus carpio L., bream - Abramis brama L., pike-perch - Lucioperca lucioperca L., and vobla - Rutilus rutilus caspicus Jakowlew) in the delta of the Volga consist in the protection of natural breeding places and the melioration of natural spawning grounds. Artificial propagation, based on an intensive rearing of young of semi-migratory fishes, must be practised, if needed, as an accessory measure. Intensive artificial propagation of semi-migratory fishes will increase in importance and in size, as the natural breeding conditions will change for the worst and the spawning and rearing areas of the delta decrease.
