О колебаниях численности судака в Северном Каспии

Abstract

Решающим фактором, определяющим колебания численности судака Северного Каспия, являются условия размножения и в особенности условия жизни молоди на ранних этапах развития. В связи с этим наиболее эффективным мероприятием по обеспечению воспроизводства судака в условиях зарегулированного стока Волги является разведение сеголетков. Колебания в величине пополнения стада отражаются на уловах судака. Интенсивный промысел последних лет оказывает непосредственное влияние на численность стада, но не отражается на его воспроизводстве. Однако иногда чрезмерный вылов производителей осенью не оставляет достаточного количества последних для освоения нерестового ареала в следующую весну. В таких случаях лов судака в районах его зимовки следует ограничивать./Spawning conditions and particularly environmental conditions of the young fish at early stages of development are a decisive factor determining fluctuations in the abundance of pike-perch in the northern Caspian Sea. Because of this the most effective measure to provide for the reproduction of this fish under the conditions of the controlled flow of the Volga is to raise fish to the age of o+. Fluctuations in the recruitment to the stock of pike-perch are reflected in its catches. The intensive fishing of recent years has directly affected the abundance of the stock but it does not influence the reproduction of the stock. However sometimes the intensive fishing in autumn may not leave enough spawners to cover the spawning areas in the following spring. In these cases pike-perch fishing in the areas of its hibernation should be limited.
