dc.description.abstract Dynamics of mortality estimates in fish populations exposed to selective fishing netting (Kama and Votkinsk reservoirs) is analysed. It is found that mortality rates increase in middle and older age groups which are fished most strongly. On the example of a population for which there are estimates of absolute abundance (bream), near correspondence of mortality rates obtained on the basis of absolute abundance and by virtual calculations for modal age groups is demonstrated. ru_RU
