Определение недоучета вылова минтая и сельди: методические подходы и результаты

Abstract

При промысле минтая и сельди происходит занижение объемов фактического изъятия этих рыб. Это приводит к превышению общего допустимого улова и биологически безопасного уровня эксплуатации. В работе приводятся методики определения неучтенного вылова на промысле минтая и сельди. Определение величины собственно браконьерского вылова в статье не обсуждается. Недоучет вылова минтая имеет две составляющие: неконтролируемые выбросы мелкой рыбы и использование недостоверных коэффициентов расхода сырца. Недоучет сельди состоит из выбросов рыбы, не подходящей под технологические стандарты. В статье приведены результаты расчетов недоучета вылова при современном промысле минтая и сельди./In fact catch of walleye pollock and herring usually has been underestimated. That actually provokes the catch volumes over the AHL or reasonable level of biological sustainability in the course of exploitation. Methods for the assessment of walleye pollock and herring catch underestimation are suggested in this work. Although there is not a discussion of the very volumes got as a result of poaching. The walleye pollock catch underestimation is suggested to consist of two components: non controlled discards of small-size fish and inadequate coefficients used for the expenses of raw. The herring underestimation is suggested to consist of discards of substandard fish. Results of catch underestimation assessments in contemporary walleye pollock and herring fisheries have been presented in this work.
