Abstract

В процессе созревания яйцеклеток можно различать три периода роста. Процесс созревания яичника воблы целесообразно разделить на шесть стадий зрелости. В яичнике половозрелых рыб постоянно имеется весь комплекс яйцеклеток яичника II стадии зрелости. У воблы происходит единовременное икрометание, т. е. вся созревшая икра выметывается быстро, в среднем в течение 5-6 часов. Яичник воблы после икрометания переходит во II стадию зрелости. У воблы с осени (сентябрь-октябрь) отделяется порция яйцеклеток, которая должна быть выметана весной, и развитие последних происходит синхронно. У тех особей воблы, которые не могут нормально отнереститься, наступает дегенерация икры, вследствие чего происходит пропуск икрометания в течение 2 лет. Для каждой стадии зрелости яичника характерна вполне определенная стадия зрелости гонад. Каждая стадия зрелости гонад может нормально протекать только при определенных биологических и экологических условиях. Половой цикл является как бы внутренним стержнем биологии рыбы и определяет в основных чертах ее поведение./In the process of maturing of the oocytes it is possible to distinguish three periods of growth: the synaptic period which embraces the phases from the oogonia of the last generation to the dyplotene phase inclusively; the period of slow growth - from the dyctyate phase, to the phase of the oocyte with the in monolayer follicle; the period of intensive growth - from the early phase of the vitellogenesis to the phase of the mature oocyte inclusively. Each stage of maturity of the ovary is characterized by the presence of a definite complex of oocytes in different phases of development. It is expedient to divide the maturing of the ovaries of the vobla into six stages of maturity: the first or the juvenal stage has all the oocytes of the synaptic period and of the "juvenal" phase; the second stage has all the oocytes of the synaptic period and of the period of slow growth; the third stage is charcterized by the presence of the whole complex of the second stage oocytes and of oocytes in the beginning phase of vitellogenesis; the fourth stage has the whole complex of the second stage oocytes and the phase of oocytes full of yolk; in the fifth stage the whole complex of second stage oocytes and mature oocetes are present; the sixth stage of maturity has the whole complex of oocytes of the second stage of maturity and empty follicles.
