To the Amendment of the Norwegian Spring-Spawning Herring Management Plan

Abstract

A modification to the acting Norwegian Spring-Spawning herring management plan is proposed. The modification links the choice of the target fishing mortality value to the estimates of recruitment for the distinct interval of preceding years.
